GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDERING, PRICING AND PAYMENT
You order the book on the order page of the website. Then you can checkout. After your order you will receive a confirmation message via email. All prices are in Euro, including 9% VAT. The shipping costs of the book are clearly stated. Payment is via IDeal. Only after receiving the payment will the production or delivery of the book be started.

DELIVERY TIME
Books will be shipped after May 21, under normal circumstances and while stocks last, within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel the order and, if applicable, refund the amount already transferred. The indicated shipping period is non-binding, unless otherwise agreed upon. Unforeseen delays in shipping and/or delivery do not entitle you to rescind the contract or claim damages.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY COSTS
Shipping costs within NL are € 7.25 for parcel post and are sent by parcel post via POSTNL. Shipping is at the customer’s own risk. Our books are packed with care. In case of damage and/or loss of the book, the risk rests with Sas Fotografie until the moment of delivery.

COMPLAINTS
Sas Photography greatly appreciates it if you let us know if you have a complaint. You can email it to boek@ditlijf.nl, please within 5 days of receiving the book. Complaints are taken seriously and Sas Photography always tries to respond to your complaint within 2 business days so we can find an appropriate solution together.
